To encourage participation and reward great ideas, EconsumerForum.com has a system of points distribution on all the activities you perform. The number of points you get depends on the specific action you take. On accumulation of 10000 points, you will receive Rs. 500/- as the value of these points. The points table below summarizes the point values for different actions.

* A person can post a maximum of 4 posts on a particular day. e.g. If you have posted 2 complaints on a given day, then you can register only 2 more posts on that day, irrespective of the categories in which you wish to post. i.e Complaint/Question/Idea/Praise.
** A person can post any number of Comments on a given day, however, the points will be given for first 10 comments only.
*** A person can vote for maximum 10 posts a day.
****Points will not be credited only for inviting your friends. The person whom you referred should register and support the complaint for which you invited him/her, only then, you will get the due points credited to your account.
Please note: You may also invite your friends who are already registered on EconsumerForum.com, however, if a person has already supported a particular complaint, he will not be allowed to support the same again.
Points redemption limit:
Once you reach a minimum threshold of 10000 points, a "Redeem My Points" tab will appear in your "Points" section in your "My Account". Post requesting for the redemption, we will transfer Rs. 500/- in your bank account, the details of which will be taken while redemption.
